GCC countries welcome resumption of diplomatic ties between Bahrain, Qatar

The Security Council of the Gulf Cooperation Council and the foreign ministries of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates have welcomed the resumption of diplomatic ties between Bahrain and Qatar.    

The Secretary General of the GCC Jassem Mohamed Albudaiwi said the development will secure the future and protect the cohesion of the Council as prime objectives of the unity.
