ISLAMABAD - The crescent for the holy month of Rajab has not been sighted in Pakistan as the first of Rajab 1444 AH will begin on Tuesday, January 24, 2023. The Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee has announced that the moon of Rajab 1444 AH has not been sighted. The committee, in a notification, said the first of Rajab will commence on Tuesday, January 24, 2023.The committee held its meeting in the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony in Islamabad on Sunday evening.
